#1 The H.H. Holmes Room
This gigantic boarding room measures 468 sqft. It contains 2 very plush queens size pillow top beds with mattress toppers, a 52” 4K smart tv, blue tooth sound system, coffee table, couch, club chair, writing desk, and mini fridge. The room over looks downtown Victor Colorado including the Lowell Thomas museum, and has amazing views of the Sangre De Cristo mountain range. All art and decorations are themed after the first American serial killer H. H. Holmes. H.H. Holmes is famous for building the Chicago Murder castle in 1893, where he murdered over 200 of his hotel guests.
Note: The H.H. Holmes room and Elizabeth Bathory room may be rented concurrently and made to be adjoining.
Our common areas include a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms for guest use. Our first shared bathroom features a separate locking shower and dressing parlor, a locking water closet, and a custom live edge double vanity with vessel sinks and large mirrors. Our second shared bathroom boasts a beautiful clawfoot tub- original to the building, refinished and restored to its original luxury in black and gold finish. Bath robes are available to our guests for comfort, and fresh towels are stocked daily.
Our new wing features a beautiful sitting room with a 10 person dining table, flooded with natural light from the oversized Victorian skylight above.
Our kitchen is well appointed with essential spices and ingredients, cookware, and dishes. It features a full-sized fridge, oven range, and microwave for all the comforts of home away from home.
