Hotel Rules
Quiet hours are from midnight to 8am. This is a historic building and excessive noise tends to carry throughout the building, so please be mindful of your noise levels and your neighbors.
The number indicated in the listing title corresponds with the door number for the room you have reserved. Under no circumstances should you unlock or enter a room you have not reserved.
No tobacco smoking inside the hotel.
You are welcome to use our kitchen. We ask that any food stored in the communal fridge be labeled and dated- do not eat food that does not belong to you. Additionally, please clean up after yourself so that other guests may use the amenities as well.
The hotel is accessed by self-check in. Check ins after 11pm are not guaranteed- the on site host will not be able to meet you after hours. Please make arrangements in advance for late check ins.
Disrespectful, intolerant, or bigoted behavior will not be tolerated, and will result in immediate cancellation by the guest and no refund.
The safety and respect of women will be upheld at all times. Inappropriate, suggestive, or lewd comments will not be made to female guest. Causing female guests to feel uncomfortable in any way will result in immediate ejection.
Guests will not be made to feel uncomfortable in any way. It is inappropriate to harass, hit on, cat call, or make suggestive comments to our guests. This may include talking to them or looking at them inappropriately.
The safety of our guests is of the utmost importance and we have a zero tolerance policy in regards to sexual misconduct. If another guest makes you feel uncomfortable in any way, let the us know immediately, and we will remove the offender quickly without question. We believe you and we have your back.
This is a NO FIREARM ESTABLISHMENT.
You will be charged for a replacement key if we cannot find the one issued to you upon check in.
Pet Policy
Pet cleaning fee of $35/night per pet. This fee does not cover additional incidental damages caused by the pet i.e. chewing, scratching, “accidents”, noise disturbances to other guests.
No more than 2 pets per reservation. Pets are not to be left unattended in room. Pets must be leashed AT ALL TIMES in common areas of the hotel. Under no circumstances shall pets be off leash outside of rented room. Pets must be well behaved- we still reserve the right to refuse misbehaved pets and/or owners. Please be considerate of our property, our guests, and our town. Clean up your pet waste and leave no trace.
Additional Terms
- Check-in: Anytime after 4PM
- Check-out: 11AM
- Cancellation Policy: Strict— full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of initial booking. No refund after 48 hours. A refund may be considered after 48 hours in the event of an extreme emergency like death or natural disaster with valid documentation.
- Extra Guests: $35/person per night after 2 guests
- Pet Fee: $35/pet per night
